3524 B/A Structural Void Filling Compound, kit, Blue 0,5 US gallon (1,9 L)
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Void Filling and Edge Sealing Compound EC-3524 B/A is an ideal solution for void filling, edge sealing, and as an abradable compound in aircraft engines. We formulated our two-part fire retardant epoxy compound with a 90 minute worklife to provide ample time to position parts for fit and keep processes moving forward. It achieves full cure within 48 hours at 75°F (24°C) and is available in blue, off-white or black when mixed. It is a malleable paste with an extended worklife that allows shaping for applications such as a fairing compound for aerodynamic flushness, and can also be used for bonding inserts. As a fire retardant epoxy compound, 3M Scotch-Weld EC-3524 can be used to create an effective seal. Its 100% solids content helps it hold shape as well.

A hand mixed putty impression material designed to be combined with express wash materials. The putty may be used in a one-step/two viscosity or two-step/two viscosity technique. The Express Putty has 1-minute of room temperature working time and a 5-
minute oral setting time. The mixing ratio is 1 scoop of base paste: 1 scoop of catalyst paste.
AC-380 B-2 Aerospace Sealant, Kit, 6/3,5 oz (177,4/103,5 ml)
3M™ Aerospace Sealant AC-380 offers a number of advantages and benefits compared to traditional sealants. We designed this family of sealants to save time through its fast cure and save weight through its low density formula. Our manganese dioxide cure product is also highly resistant to aviation fuel and many chemicals common to the aircraft industry, making it ideal for fuel tank and fuselage sealing applications.
AC-730 B-1/2 Aerospace Sealant, Kit, 2 oz (59 ml)
Aerospace Sealant AC-730 was designed specifically for fuselage applications, where it offers a number of advantages and benefits compared to traditional sealants. For starters, it is corrosion inhibitive yet contains no added chromate, which may help you comply with chromate reduction initiatives and OSHA requirements. AC-730 maintains flexibility and bond strength on aluminum, and between dissimilar metals under extremes of temperature, weathering and stress. Designed for easy tooling, it has outstanding resistance to jet fuel, chemicals and petroleum products common throughout the aerospace industry.
AC-770 B-2 Aerospace Sealant, kit, 3,5 oz (103,5 ml)
Aerospace Sealant AC-770 offers a number of advantages and benefits compared to competitive sealants. Its lighter weight formula, 25% lower density than traditional sealants, saves vital aircraft weight. AC-770 is available with a 1 hour and 2 hour application life and typical cure times of 6 hours and 11 hours, respectively. Its light weight and low density make it ideal for fuselage sealing and void filling applications. Our manganese dioxide cured product is also highly resistant to aviation fuel and many other chemicals common to the aerospace industry.
