One of the key issues in the application of two-component adhesives is mixing them in the right proportion. For this purpose, applicators and mixing nozzles are extremely helpful.

How to properly use the applicator and mixing nozzle to make your gluing successful?

First, we need to prepare the glue, the appropriate applicator and mixing nozzle, as well as a small piece of protective material onto which we will be able to squeeze pieces of glue while preparing the application. We start the process of installing glue in the applicator by installing a piston adapted to the glue proportion (the most common options are 1:1, 2:1 or 10:1). In the next step, we place the glue in the applicator, unscrew the protective cap and gently squeeze a bit of both ingredients onto the previously prepared protective material.

As a next step, we install the appropriate mixing nozzle into the prepared set and then squeeze it out on the protective material till mixture reach constant color. Now we can start applying the glue to the substrates.
